Prom Night for Dusty and Stephanie

Dusty and Stephanie looked super the night of prom.  Like my previous prom posting I went to high school with Dusty's mom and Stephanie's aunt who came along for the pictures.  This couple were naturals in front of the camera as you will see from their pictures.  I enjoyed spending time with them and hope you enjoy pictures from their special night.

It was a very windy evening but it worked to my advantage as you can see here in this picture.  I love this shot!

I never noticed the "pink" in these bricks until I took their picture in front of them.

I thought Dusty did a great job with his pictures. Very handsome.

I love his eyes in this one.

I was so shocked when Stephanie arrived so grown and so beautiful.  It seems just like yesterday I was teaching her at church.  She was just 12 wasn't she?

This is my favorite of Stephanie.  She is just beautiful.

Thank you for calling on to do your prom pictures.  I enjoyed it and look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Carrilee's Prom

I've watched this girl grow up from a precious toddler to a teenager who is beautiful on the outside and inside. I was so excited when her mom asked me to take her prom pictures.

I love the colors in her dress!  All of my favorites! Isn't she beautiful?

I had to show off her nails.  Isn't that cool?

And her proud parents.  I went to school with both of them.  They were high school sweethearts and have been blessed with a beautiful family!

Stephen made me cry here.  So sweet!!

And, my favorite.  Not only is Carrilee beautiful, she's always one of the top in her class and one of the best female golfers in the state.

Easter Makes Everybody Hoppy!

This was one of the funniest shots!  Three little cousins under two! If you follow my blog you know that I'm not one for much posing.  I just love capturing sweet moments!  Here are some of my favorites!

Meet Kennedy, Wyatt and Emmelee! Aren't they the cutest?

Emmelee's hair reminds me so much of mine when I was her age!  She's just precious!

Emmelee is going to be a big sister in May.

Miss Kennedy has the model poses down.  She's so petite and sweet!

This is one of my favorites because she's looking at her Mama!

Mr. Wyatt is something else!  I just want to sqeeze and hug him!

Grandmama Pam (who also teaches 2nd grade at QES) provided at the wonderful props for our photo shot.  I thought she made excellent choices!   I love Wyatt's smile!

And, we'll close with Happy Easter!

An Easter Mini Session

You may remember this sweet family from back in January when I took pictures of sweet Avery who was just a couple months old at that time.  All of the family drove over to  Quitman for a spring mini session.  Here are some of my favorites!

Jessica and Stan have the prettiest children!

I love seeing Wade, he always runs and gives me the biggest hug!  This is the sweetest picture of him and his little sister Avery just chilling.

There something so real and natural about this picture that I just love.

Wade and I were playing a "peek-a-boo" game here!

There is something sweet Avery loves to do.  I wish you could hear her laughing!

I can tell she's going to be a daddy's girl.

Wade is such a sweet fellow.  Something tells me he is going to be the best big brother.

This one just melted my heart.  It made me call my daddy!

Sweet Emma!

What a blessing it was for me to do pictures of sweet Emma with her parents, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother!  What a family treasure!  Here are some of my favorites!

What a legacy of great women in Emma's family!

I love doing the hand generational picture.  Emma approved of it too!

And here's Emma's proud parents!

How much you wanna beat, she's going to be a "Daddy's Girl?"

I believe this one is my favorite.  I love the interaction between mama and daughter here.

And Aunt Dani and Emma.  Dani has such a gift with children.  All the children in South Georgia love Miss Dani!

After a while you know a busy model needs her beauty rest.  Isn't she precious?

Those who know me, know I have to take pictures of baby's feet!

She looks like a baby doll in this picture.  So peaceful and serene!

As we were wrapping up I had to get this one of Grandmother Elaine adoring her precious Emma!  Thanks again for asking me! I had a blast!!!

Laura's Mini Session!

I love doing Mini Spring Sessions!  Here are some of my favorites from Laura and her children's session.  We were done in about 20 mintues and got some great spring pictures!

What a beautiful family!

It is amazing how quickly MacKenna is growing up! She is such a pretty and smart girl!

Lane is a sport model!  He comes over to our house often to play with my 6 year old when he's visitng his grandmother, who is our neighbor.  Andrew loves seeing Lane (whom he use to call the boy at the fence) running over to play! MacKenna would bring Lane when he was younger over to our fence to see our dog and Andrew being on the other side of the fence just referred to them as the "children at the fence."
